Tshwane University Of Technology Water Care Department, Environmental Sciences involves the application of basic scientific principles and processes to identify, assess and solve technical and operational environmental problems. As a multi-disciplinary study field, it also involves environmental impact assessments, life-cycle analyses, environmental auditing, and rehabilitation and pollution prevention technology.
As such, the programmes we offer in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Geology and Water Care complement present knowledge and practice informed by international outlooks. We use our research to shape and enrich our teaching, working together in a strong-minded academic learning community.
